Describe your role at Metro. I support incoming calls from customers, sales reps and end users. Additionally, I research problems with orders and resolve them. I also expedite orders.
What do you like best about working at Metro? The people that I work with.
What part of your job to do take the most pride in? Our brand message is "Satisfy the Customer … Everyone prospers." I strive to live that message daily.
What does “Think Customer” mean to you? I offer alternatives to a product that is not available to be able to meet ship/arrival dates on customer orders. I expedite shipments for on time arrival.
What is your favorite Metro product and why? Shelving. There are so many uses for the shelving besides storage. It is amazing to hear what people are using our product for.
What is your favorite movie? A Star is Born
What is your favorite meal? Lobster tail
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Take it easy on yourself in the present because you will regret it in the future if you don’t.
