What the warranty covers
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use for shelves and posts.What the period of coverage is
This warranty runs for one year from the date you purchase the product.What is not covered
Failure due to abuse, misuse (such as exceeding the loading capacity indicated on the package) or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered by this warranty. Surface coating problems caused by excessive humidity, in-use scratches or abrasions, and direct exposure to the elements are also not covered. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY AND INTERMETRO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Incidental damages include but are not limited to such damages as loss of time and loss of use. Consequential damages include but are not limited to the cost of repairing or replacing other property which was damaged if this product does not work properly.What we will do to correct problems
If your product cannot be repaired, we will, at our option, replace your product or refund the full purchase price. In any case there is no charge to you.How you can get service
You MUST RETURN THE POSTPAID WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE TO BE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. You can obtain service by contacting a dealer of InterMetro products. To find the nearest InterMetro dealer, call 1-800-625-6840, or visit our store locator. At our option the dealer will repair, replace your product, or refund the full purchase price to you at no charge to you.How state law relates to the warranty
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.This warranty is valid in U.S.A. and Canada only.
