58.10 Cart, Wafer Transport
An effective wafer transport system. New (5MFA/BA) casters dampen vibration, minimizing wafer chatter during transit. Four casters included, two with brake. Manufactured from electro-polished, Type 304 stainless steel. "Rod Top" style shelf has approximately 2" (51mm) inward pitch to stabilize wafer boats.
ESD Classification: Non-Conductive. (Units can be made conductive with the addition of aluminum split sleeves and a drag cable).
